With 3 sale offices in SH, GZ, and HK, this plastics manufacturer planned to increase its China presence and reestablish its global manufacturing base in Changshu in several phases. Initially, COMMAND MODE provided on-site desktop support for its 3 offices. In phase 2, COMMAND MODE rectified the SH and GZ IT rooms which fell short of meeting IT standards. We reengineered the active and passive networks including test and documentation.

Changshu Manufacturing Plant Design and build

In phase 3, the client’s manufacturing plant in Changshu was to become a reality. COMMAND MODE was engaged to qualify test the structured cabling works by 3^rd party, and handle the implementation of select key systems. The 3^rd party installed cabling nodes failed 50% of fluke tests. COMMAND MODE reinstalled passive network areas until it achieved a 100% pass.

Via wireless mapping, a redundant failover WLAN was implemented to support 100% reliability for critical plant systems. COMMAND MODE also supported various other network and server system.
