In Shanghai, a relocation is necessary accommodates its growth plans to 50 staff. COMMAND MODE coordinated with many stake holders and 3^rd parties during all phases of the project from design to post-project ongoing support.

Besides severe time constraint, there are unique design challenges which includes the design of the IT room as a regional WAN POP within the client’s global network model, and AV system to accommodates the client’s planned multipurpose room – separate conference rooms which join and convert into a large seminar event room with comprehensive and versatile AV features. The project was delivered on-time and on-budget, achieving the client’s first network POP sites and first fully featured multipurpose room in Asia.
